  Horrible Communication I called to enquire the pricing to bring my dog in for a rabies vaccine...was told $20-$30...I verified that when my son brought her in, it would be a maximum of $30...I was told yes. I then asked him if she could go directly next door to Petco Grooming to get groomed, and he said yes, no problem. My son calls after the shot and says he was charged $76 and she can't go get groomed for 48 hours. I called and basically it was, oh yeah, there is the office visit...and that is the groomers rule, not ours...and basically too bad. Horrible customer service. You should not have someone answering questions that does not know the answer. A huge waste of our morning, especially when I could have (and would have) gone to a vaccine clinic had I known the ridiculous total price.
