  I wanted to take my son to ride the go karts here and this place is a joke. Parents encourage their kids to jump places in line and when confronted they get irate. The staff does nothing even when told about the line jumping even though its played on the loud speaker that line jumping will get you ejected. Had to wait even longer because kids were line jumping and took our spot and as stated previous the staff did nothing about it even when the parents started cussing in front of my 3 year old child. Absolutely ridiculous! If you want a good experience they have a great indoor track in Sacramento or go to MB2 in modesto another great track. We didnt even want to ride the go carts after this whole experience which was a good 45 min to an hour of waiting in line. The customer service rep didnt want to refund our tickets until i stated I will be calling corporate. Happened on April 14th 5:50 pm
