  The sales crew may be where all of the stars come from because their service dept. was the worst I have ever dealt with. Brought in a van for recall (which includes free inspection) work and also asked to troubleshoot an engine cooling issue and informed that the battery was arriving dead.
  
  They called and said, “you had a loose connection to cooling fan and now it’s working ($130 diagnosis fee but settled on 1/2), your ECM ($900) and your alternator ($300) aren’t working, you have a valve cover gasket leak ($500), so you should junk the vehicle, sell the vehicle to us, we will give you $300”...
  
  Decided to tow vehicle home, AAA replaced battery for $150 and the van is now running like a top.
