  Repairman couldn't find source of the problem on January 4, said there was a 90-day service guarantee if the problem continued. Called for repair again on January 11, a different repairman came on January 21, took the washer apart, found the problem, had to order parts. Parts have arrived. Repairman was supposed to be here today January 26 between 10 and 2, but called and said he wouldn't be able to come until January 30 because he had a couple of other jobs to get done today. Meanwhile, my washing machine is still presenting the same problem, and I need to use it daily. Repairmen have been very informative and genuinely interested in helping, but the long time frame is very frustrating, especially since I had to pay upfront for the parts. The 3 stars given is probably too generous.
