  Had a 5 star on it , but the last 3 times I've gone in there I've resolved nothing, I can pay my girlfriend tags, came back same day because of a mistake they well he (Don) said couldn't fix had to go to dmv to fix problem, then came in to get price owed on tags on a vehicle no help either because vehicle isn't under my name, with now I found out you can do in online free also, this last time trying to pay tags on my sons car with we have the same names, same guy Don that took payment for my girls car couldn't do it for my sons, ended up calling triple A customer service and fix problem and add my car to my insurance, that day I also spoke to supervisor and tryed to explain the payment policy, I explained to her same dude same office, I said thank you for nothing and left. Looking for other insurance company will see.
