  Scheduled an appointment for 9am. The guy didn't show up until 9:50am. I informed him that had he shown up on time we could do business however, I have other commitments that I need to be on time for. I then turned him away. No apology for the tardiness, no offer to reschedule,or anything. Very poor customer service. I also did not appreciate the fact that we were leaving our home and he had both of our vehicles in our driveway blocked by his vehicle.
