  Barely worth the free membership received from the apartment provided through a travel job. Only here 3 months or Id pay to go elsewhere.
  Oakdale location always smelled nasty and stale with ghetto music playing. Big hassle to listen to your own music or TV since no ports in cardio machines and cant see the TV well when running cause bad positioning. Mats for yoga/stretching are nasty and too short for a 5'3" person...
  By the way, tan beds are for the ignorant and not considered a plus.
  Other location on Dale Rd. used to have classes but gone to expansion of a program that costs extra.
  Was to give 2 stars but after seeing the Better Business Bureau report I decided to match their rating.

  It's a great place to star workout has all the free weight plus cable machines That will you need to Work out your upper body and the bottom. And the stuff is so helpful.. The only reason I give it 4 stars not 5 because of the training special Area that took so much room from the gym
