  This school has lots of problems. Charles is a manipulator and he is hardly ever at this location. Notice all the other 6 reviews with fantastic ratings all occurred within a couple days of each other. That's because they staged the reviews.
  
  The prices are way too high. The long contracts are unreasonable. The instruction is just OK. You might want to checkout one of the other schools in town that actually has quality black belt instruction on the mat.
  
  As a former student here and a current student at another school, I can guarantee you this is not a good choice if you want a good environment, quality instruction, and reasonable prices.
