  I brought (towed) in my 20-year-old truck that had just died on the road. I tried a few repairs myself, but no luck (let's leave it to the experts). Spoke with Ward and he said, "bring it down". They diagnosed the problem and fixed the issues immediately. I had them look over the vehicle for any possible trouble issues. They suggested a few items of concern, explained the items in detail, gave me a reasonable quote, and I said "go for it" with no hesitation. All repairs we explained to me in layman terms. He even showed me the parts he replaced with explanation. I am very pleased with the services Import Automotive Repair performed on my vehicle. They have also worked on my Subaru and company fleet vehicles. As far as I am concerned, there is no other place I would take my vehicles for automotive service repairs.
