  THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS!! I have been a customer since this Bangs location first opened due to location. I used to enjoy the older gentleman's customer service and I trusted him. He is no longer there and since then this place has become trash! I took my car in for an oil change on June 1st, 2017 and to check on the radiator because I suspected a leak. There were no other leaks or issues with my car UNTIL these people touched it! The leak was confirmed and it was suggested that I get the work done immediately. I was also informed that I needed a full tune-up, all 6 engine coils needed to be replaced, and new spark plugs. I was originally quoted $2,600+, but I told them NOT to do the work because as a full-time student at TWO colleges I could not afford that amount. The guy told me he was going to call the owner and try to get my balanced lowered since I was a "loyal and long time" customer. I was approved for the "loan" option for $2,075, so they said they could do the work for that amount. I felt like I was being overcharged as well as taken advantage of because I don't know anything about cars. They finished the work and 1 WEEK TO THE DAY..MY CAR HAD A PUDDLE OF ANTI-FREEZE UNDER IT!!!! Supposedly the entire radiator system had faulty parts. So they kept it and "fixed" it. In September, only three months later, my car started sputtering and the check engine light started flashing, but didn't stay on. I had the system checked and it read misfiring in the ignition coils, which they had just "fixed." I had to take it again at the end of November for the same recurring engine light issue and misfiring because it was all under the warranty still! Armando was suggesting that I allow them to fix an additional radiator leak and when I denied his suggestion to fix this issue, he got pissed off and got an attitude with me over the phone. AGAIN, they supposedly fixed and changed my valve cover gasket, as well as spark plugs, and now my car has issues starting and staying running and was sputtering again only two weeks later! I just took my car to a family friend's shop, on 12/20, he has to redo ALL the work that I TRUSTED Meineke to fix and I AM STILL PAYING PAYMENTS ON!!! This new shop has quoted me an additional $500, while I am still paying on Meineke's tab. I am beyond frustrated, angry, and upset! My new mechanic is taking photos of the faulty work and suggesting I file a complaint/claim with the Bureau of Auto Repair. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I will NEVER bring my vehicle's here again! If I could give NO STARS, I would!

  I came here for a minor repair. After they were done my battery light came on they said they didn’t know what it was and couldn’t fix it. It’s still on today. Not a good thing when your car comes out with another problem that was never there before.
