  I saw walkers automotive online and could see they had a high review rating and 4.8 stars so I decided to give them a try. My fiancé's heater fan stopped working so we took it to them and within an hour they gave me a call back telling me the motor of the heater fan, as well as the wires connected to it were bad. They stated that the wires had melted and said I would need to replace both the motor and wires. They told me that it would cost $550, not including the $104 they charged me to diagnose the problem. I didn't have that kind of money so luckily for me, my grandfather had his repair guy take a second look. Turns out the cables of the motor were just dirty and needed a little cleaning. None of the wires were melted and the motor worked perfectly fine. The car was fixed within 15 minutes with no charge. I was absolutely disgusted with walkers automotive. They took advantage of two young adults paying there way through college and gave them a false diagnostic. If you want to waste your time and money and have people who will lie to anyone, even the people who are struggle, then go here. I'm not filing a complaint against them to the business bureau to get the word out that this place his a dishonest business. You should be ashamed of yourself walkers automotive.
