  This review is for their utility department (W/S/G). Trying to stop service is pretty daunting and takes much patience on the customer's part. They don't offer an online option to stop service so I had to call them on a weekday morning. They then proceed to put me on hold for more than 30 min. They don't have an option where you can hang up and then they call you back when one of their representatives is available. Once a representative was available, she was very nice and only asked a few questions. She gave me the confirmation number; however, she was not able to email me the confirmation number or post that to my online account.
  
  It's nice they have an option for you to pay your bills online and they even have a so-called mobile app. They need to expand those options for those who have to stop service.
