  The dentist was great the two times I saw him. The woman who called due to my missed appointment was very rude and unwilling to continue to see me after the appointment I missed due to the fact that I have a chronically Ill child. She even hung up before I could explain the reason for the missed appointment saying "I'm sorry you will have to find another dentist who is willing to accommodate your schedule." And hung up.
  I would recommend a new person who knows how to better handle patients who are in the under 40 age range.
