  Stay clear of Crystal Clear. The company is eager to take your deposit and full money before actually completing the job 100%. In addition, communication with this company is limited as they do not return phone calls or texts. It has been over 4 months since Crystal Clear installed my patio pergola and it is still incomplete as of writing this review as it is not approved by the city inspector. No response from Crystal Clear on what is the holdup. Jerry and Dannete had guaranteed the inspection situation would be resolved upon first failed inspection with the city but again 4 months later I am still waiting for a resolution. Recommendation: Take your hard earned money to another Pergola installation company.
