  The hotel met all of my standards for the price. The room was nice and clean and all of my interactions with the staff were professional. It is located right next to Downton Modesto so there are quite a few bars and other attractions within easy walking distance.

  We may be locals, but we still love to have weekend breakfast or anytime dinner here. They give locals a discount for dinner, the food is really good, and we love our favorite server/bartender, Tiffany! Joey is a close second to her. We usually prefer the lounge for dining.
