  Everyone I have encountered here has been kind and very good at their jobs. I am not too fond of getting blood drawn, but the phlebotomists are so good I never feel anything.
  
  My doctor has an office in the 3800 Dale Road complex. Kaiser policy is for a nurse to come out to the waiting area, greet you, and then escort you into the back for your appointment. This seems like a really simple thing, but it helps humanize going to see your doctor. This is so much better than having someone yell your name to call you back like what has happened at all my previous doctors.
