  Walked in for the first time yesterday. No greeting of any kind from the lady. I looked at the counter for items I was interested in. I asked the lady if she sold the item I wanted in more than 1 quantity at a time. She didn't respond. I said "excuse me" and repeated the question. She gave me a dead eye look and said "I don't know". I said, "ok. I'm sorry if I upset you". I was a bit sarcastic of course. Then she picked up her phone and spoke to someone. She said it was security. She then said something about "I'm gonna tell him right now." She looked at me and said "I need you to leave". I was shocked. I asked why. She said "you're banned from this store. I said "what are you talking about?" She just repeated that I had to leave. I said "you gotta at least tell me why. She said "I don't have to tell you anything. You leave or I'm calling the cops." I asked her to get her manager. She said "I am the manager." She again threatened to call the police. I said "ok I'm gonna leave. But couldn't you at least tell me why I'm banned?" She says "no. Just leave." I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it. I couldn't believe something like that could happen to me. But it's definitely indicative of the other 1 star ratings.
