  I just tried to go pay my bill and the hours are clearly stated on the front of the door and it says they close at 8pm but I try and open the door and the doors locked and they told me they were closed and when I tried multiple times to call the store they wouldn’t answer and just transfer my calls

  Always a long wait when you come in. It’s not just att all business are cutting back on staff. The staff themselves are usually very knowledgeable and helpful when you do get to talk to them.
